We’ve officially survived the first week of our new quarantine life and I wanted to check in with y’all. Are you eating right? keeping hydrated? staying busy/entertained? It’s not the most ideal but this is our temporary new normal (long sigh).
To keep each other company, I’ve created a quarantine checklist that we can do to take care of our minds and bodies during these times. Let’s get into it!
