New feet, who dis! 😀 Y’all, I had to hop on the blog today and spill on my jelly pedicure experience. We [my boyfriend and I] went to Amber Spa at the Warwick Resort (Paradise Island, Bahamas). After a great staycation and a long first half of 2020, it was just what we needed. I shared a visual experience on my Instagram but I wanted to also shed some light on the benefits behind this beauty technique.
To my knowledge, Amber Spa is the only boutique spa offering this service so I was excited to test it out. It’s been 4-5 long months since my last pedicure so my feet were in desperate need of some TLC. So when the spa manager, Carla, recommended a jelly pedicure, it seemed like a no-brainer for us. Safe to say, 2020 has been a heavy year thus far so any opportunity to unwind a little extra is a definite yes.
The jelly pedicure also included a foot scrub, hot stone massage, and a hot towel treatment. SO relaxing! Also, there are different types which I found very interesting. I ended up with the charcoal detox jelly whereas my boyfriend got the tea tree peppermint jelly. Overall, we left the spa feeling super relaxed and our feet were restored to higher heights. The experience at Amber Spa is always high-quality. I visited multiple times and every time is better than the last. I’m officially sold on the Jelly Pedi movement! It was definitely a unique spa experience. 🙂
